Manage playlists in YouTube Studio

Learn how to create, edit, manage, and filter your playlists in YouTube Studio to engage with your audience.

Notes:

This feature may not be available with supervised accounts on YouTube.
There's a limit to how many public playlists a channel can create each day across YouTube Music, YouTube main app, and the YouTube API. You can increase your daily limit by gaining access to advanced features. Learn more.

Add videos to a playlist

Open the YouTube Studio app 👁 Image

From the bottom Menu, tap Content 👁 Image

Select Options 👁 Image
next to the video you want to add to a playlist.
Tap Edit 👁 Image

Tap Add to playlist 👁 Image
👁 and then
and check the tickbox next to the playlists you want to add.
Tap Done.
Tap Save.

To remove a specific video from a playlist, follow these steps:

You can edit the playlist title, description, privacy, order of videos in a playlist using the YouTube Studio app.

Open the YouTube Studio app 👁 Image

Tap the "Playlists" tab 👁 and then
select Options 👁 Image
next to the playlist you want to edit.
Tap Edit 👁 Image

Edit the playlist's settings 👁 and then
tap Save.

Open the YouTube Studio app 👁 Image

Tap the "Playlists" tab 👁 and then

next to the playlist you want to delete.
