I uninstalled and reinstalled firefox. It still kept crashing. I then disabled a lot of the extensions etc,. Realized it is the smart swipe. They told me it was compatible wtih firefox. It is not. Is there a way to fix this? I really like using smartswipe.

I did and they said there are no problems. If I have it enabled it crashes all the time.

It sounds like either they have an edge case bug with their extension they can't see, or perhaps it is interacting with another extension to cause the crash. I would just continue to pursue the crash with them.

In the meantime, keep that extension Disabled in order to prevent your Firefox from Crashing..

Thanks I will. I did contact them again and they keep saying nothing is wrong. I probably just wont use this. It was a cute idea thought to protect credit cards on line.

Can you provide your recent Crash IDs here ?? (as described in the following article)

That way we can get your Crash Reports which you can then provide to the SmartSwipe add-on Developers. By doing this, you can help them figure-out the problem with their add-on.
