Order is Law's canine partner and a member of G.I. Joe. He also operates with several other animal operatives as part of U.S.7.
Law and Order attended a meeting in T.H.E. P.I.T., where the top brass of G.I. Joe discussed the approach of the planet Cybertron, and their plan if its inhabitants proved to be hostile. When the Decepticons first disembarked from their ships, the situation quickly spiraled out of control, and the Joes' fears that they were facing an invasion were confirmed. Law, Order, and the rest of the Joes evacuated their base when it became necessary to fire down a Coltonbolt from an orbiting defense satellite to deal with the Cybertronians. Order was equipped with some high-tech gear and shipped off to Cybertron with the rest of G.I. Joe's "non-human personnel" as part of U.S.7. En route, they encountered the Oktober Guard, who boarded their rocket. Both teams went at one another with full force until their rocket was plucked out of the sky by Fortress Maximus, and gobbled up by the mechanical titan. Form Follows Function Within Fortress Maximus, most of U.S.7 fell under the influence of Blackarachnia, a Decepticon responsible for turning the once noble Autobot into a lumbering brute. A Joe infiltration team was sent in to retrieve U.S.7, but as the animals had also fallen under Blackarachnia's mind-control, they lashed out when their allies came upon them. Only after Blackarachnia's defeat did Order return to his normal self. The rescuers and the rescuees then stormed Megatron's throne room together. Though the animals managed to escape, everyone else got captured by the Decepticobra alliance. Everybody Hates Metroplex
Order was somehow back with Law on Earth when the Joe Colton brought the Joes to a secret area below T.H.E. P.I.T. to awaken the Earth's true form, Atlas. After the war, he and the rest of U.S.7 came to live with Snake-Eyes and Scarlett at their log cabin. The War Never Ends
