To start, configure the DSN (Data Source Name) for Certinia data in your system using the CData ODBC Driver for Certinia. Download and install a 30-day free trial with all the features from here.
Once installed, launch the ODBC Data Source Administrator:
Once launched, double-click on the CData Certinia data Source and enter the required values to establish a connection:
There are several authentication methods available for connecting to Certinia: login credentials, SSO, and OAuth.
Set the User and Password to your login credentials. Additionally, set the SecurityToken. By default, the SecurityToken is required, but you can make it optional by allowing a range of trusted IP addresses.
