After the first practice sprint, Bree has a breakthrough realization that Maeve won’t be the agile coach for Breezy Apparel forever. Maeve is working wonders within the organization, but what’s going to happen when her time at Breezy Apparel is up? Bree needs someone to take on the accountability of being a scrum master and coaching the organization through its agile adoption once Maeve leaves. Bree knows her time with Maeve is limited and needs to ask one of her team members if they’d like to take on this accountability so Maeve can mentor them and teach them everything she knows. After all, Maeve is a great agile coach, so it makes sense to learn from the best! In this module, you'll learn impactful characteristics of a mentor and view the beginning of a successful mentoring relationship at Breezy Apparel.
