This course focuses on how to lead effectively in complex, changing and diverse environments. You’ll learn how to navigate organisational change, lead teams across different contexts and apply structured approaches to managing uncertainty and competing priorities.
Through practical frameworks and real-world scenarios, you’ll explore how to lead diverse teams, build inclusive environments and strengthen communication across different working styles and cultures. You’ll also develop the skills to manage change effectively, support team wellbeing and maintain performance during periods of transition. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to apply practical leadership strategies, which improve team alignment, support change and help you lead with clarity and confidence in complex situations. It is primarily aimed at first- and second-year undergraduates interested in engineering or science, along with high school students and professionals with an interest in programming.
