Apt course for CEO's for setting up and managing GenAI Strategy for respective organizations

Frequently asked questions

In this course, a generative AI strategy is a structured plan for deciding where generative AI could create customer value, improve productivity, or change the way your business competes. The course treats it as a practical business planning task grounded in your business model, priorities, and external environment.

You would use it when you need to move from general interest in generative AI to clear choices about where it could matter in your business. In the course, it helps you compare possible uses, weigh risks and competitive change, and decide what deserves attention first.

It comes after you understand how generative AI may affect your industry and business, but before you start building or testing specific initiatives. The course uses it to connect that big-picture understanding to practical choices about priorities, customer value, productivity, and later experimentation.

A list of AI use cases is mainly a catalog of ideas, while a generative AI strategy explains which ideas to pursue, which to deprioritize, and how they connect to your business model. This course emphasizes prioritizing around customer value, strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities and threats rather than just collecting possibilities.

No deep technical experience is required, because the course is beginner level and focuses on business decisions rather than building AI systems from scratch. A basic ability to think through your business model, compare options, and judge tradeoffs is more important.

Learners use a large language model in a hands-on environment and apply a business model framework to organize the analysis. The course also uses SWOT-style thinking to examine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

You practice describing your business context, examining key parts of the business model, identifying customer value and productivity opportunities, and assessing outside threats and shifts in competition. You also compare and prioritize areas of focus, then refine them into an actionable generative AI strategy.
