You can access important files, papers, and pictures on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad from anywhere. The easiest way to prove that you are who you say you are is by using the Apple ID as a way to set up iCloud. This perfect link lets you send and get any pictures, text messages, and files. Windows users can also find their saved data on the Open Web. It’s open to everyone and free to use. There are no limitations for anyone! Making these files available on different platforms is easy. You can add new ones, change the existing ones, and delete old files from iCloud Drive.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Click on your name, then iCloud.
An overview of your iCloud storage is at the top of the screen.
For detailed storage usage information, tap "Manage Storage”.
Click "Buy More Storage" or "Change Storage Plan" to upgrade your iCloud storage.
In iCloud settings, please scroll through the list of apps and delete their iCloud data. Your data will be removed from all your devices.
If iCloud backups consume too much storage, consider backing up your iPhone on a computer first.
Choose “System Preferences” from the Apple menu in the top left corner of your screen.
Locate and click "Apple ID" at the top right of the System Preferences window.
Click on iCloud from the list of options in the Apple ID preferences sidebar.
iCloud preferences show a storage usage chart. You can also view a list of apps associated with your account.
Manage your iCloud storage by clicking on the "Manage" button (usually located next to your usage chart).

Get the iCloud Windows app and install it on your computer.
Connect your Apple ID to iCloud for Windows.

Click on iCloud Drive from the Quick Access menu in File Explorer.
iCloud Drive files can now be viewed, edited, downloaded, or deleted, just like other files on your computer.
Download the iCloud application and launch it on your Windows computer.
You can view your iCloud storage usage in the main window of iCloud once it's open.
Once you open the app on your computer, a button should be labelled ‘Storage’. Click this to show you how much space is left in your iCloud.
The storage overview will guide you in removing unnecessary files or data.
On your Android device, open a web browser.
The iCloud website can be accessed by typing "iCloud.com" into your browser's address bar and signing in to iCloud.
Tap the Photos, Notes, or Reminders button to see the relevant iCloud content once logged in.
Tap on the iCloud Drive option to access your files. You can preview individual files here.
You can manage your files by clicking Select. Selected files can be downloaded, moved, deleted, or edited.
The Account Settings button in your iCloud account displays your storage use. Upgrading your storage might require using an iOS device or a Mac. Currently, it is impossible to upgrade your storage directly from your browser; Apple may add this function in the future. There are no plans at the moment to add this functionality.
