Mario's Attack remains boosted by 1 as long as Action Commands are being executed successfully. Failing an Action Command will drop Attack to 0. (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Nintendo Switch)

All or Nothing is a badge in the Paper Mario series. If Mario equips it, his attacks with both his jumping and his hammer increase by one only if the Action Commands are used correctly. If the Action Command is not used correctly, the attacks deal no damage. This does not affect his partners' attacks, and its effects do not stack with other badges that allow Mario to attack multiple times, such as Power Bounce, though missing an Action Command still results in no damage.

In Paper Mario, the badge can be bought from Rowf's Badge Shop after Chapter 4 for 100 coins. It has no effect on First Strikes, which Mario cannot perform the Action Command with; the badge does not increase Mario’s attack power with First Strikes, but it does not reduce it to 0 either.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its Nintendo Switch remake, it is found in the Palace of Shadow, in the room with randomly-protruding spikes. Additional All or Nothing badges are also rarely dropped by Dark Craws and Arantulas. It no longer excludes First Strikes from its effects, which Mario can now perform the Action Command with.
