The Megaflash Line Jump is an extremely rare sticker in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is a Line Jump-based and Megaflash-variety sticker. As such, it is an extremely large and powerful battle sticker. Like the other Line Jump-based stickers, it is designed to stomp enemies back-to-back in a straight line with diminishing amounts of damage. It is effective against nearly any type of enemy range, notably ineffective against spiked foes. It has a five-star attack power rating.

The Megaflash Line Jump may only be found in W4-6, Bowser's Snow Fort. After clearing the ride and appearing before the Bowser Snow Statue, Mario is intended to drop off onto the southeastern ledge, featuring a ? Block containing the Megaflash Line Jump. However, due to Mario having to battle the Bowser Snow Statue immediately after clearing the mine cart section and not being able to retrieve it immediately afterward due to Kersti forcing Mario to collect the Royal Sticker, the player will have to clear the level a second time to obtain this sticker. Mario may revisit this stage to obtain more Megaflash Line Jumps one at a time upon further attempts.

The Megaflash Line Jump may be placed into the Sticker Museum as #21, alongside the other Line Jump-based stickers. Its description mentions it being the strongest of the Jump Line variety and boasts its promise of impacting thrice with each enemy.
