A Zn-Au-Ag-Pb occurrence/mine located in the NE¼NW¼SW¼ sec. 4, T23N, R18W, G&SRM, 1 mile W of Chloride, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in amphibolite. Mineralization is associated with a Late Cretaceous porphyry intrusion. Precambrian schistosity strikes N30E. Veins, fissures and dikes strike NW to NNW regionally. Associated rocks include Neoproterozoic granite. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.
