A former Au occurrence/mine located in the NE¼NE¼NE¼ sec. 22, T19N, R20W, G&SRM, 1.5 km (0.9 mile) WNW of Oatman, on Bureau of land Management administered land. Additional workings are located in the NE¼ sec. 16 and in the SW¼ sec. 15. Owned by the Gold Cliff Exploration Company - George McDevitt, Arizona (1924). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Middle Miocene to Oligocene volcanic rocks.
