A former Cu-Au occurrence/mine located in the NW¼ sec. 4, T27N, R18W, G&SRM. NOTE: The geographic coordinates presented are approximate to the center of section 4.

Mineralization is in a very coarse-grained, porphyritic monzogranite. Altered schist crops out in a pit 60 meters NW of an old headframe. A zone of steeply North dipping to vertical quartz veins and veinlets have an average strike of N50ºE. The majority of stringers are less than 2.5 cm long and a few are 20 to 30 cm long.

Workings include underground openings comprised of 2 shafts approximately 15 meters deep in the pediment.
