Variscan granitoids (granodiorites) visible everywhere on the beach cliffs, outcrops, in construction excavations in the area , slopes. Frequent simple pegmatites, thickness up to 40cm (also aplite veins), mainly made of reddish K-feldspar and milky quartz. Sometimes also dark, unconfirmed minerals, rare in radial crystals.

Note: Plage de Cupabia is included into Natura 2000, network of nature protection areas in the territory of the European Union.
