A former small surface and underground W mine on 5 claims. Discovered 1898 by Asa Walker; owned by J.J. Wien (1940).

Mineralization is a vein system with ore in quartz veins. An associated rock unit is the Texas Canyon Quartz Monzonite (53 ± 3 MY).

Local structures include Tertiary block faults trending NW. Regional trends include Late Cretaceous or Early Tertiary N- and NW-trending folds and thrust faults overriding to the NE. Small faults and shears.

Workings include a series of shallow cuts and short adits over a distance of 4,500 feet.
