A former Cr-PGE (Pd-Rh-Ru-Ir-Pt) mine located along Still Creek 2.1 km (6,800 feet) WSW of Pine Flat Mountain.

Mineralization is a Cr-PGE deposit (Deposit model: 15: Podiform chromite (minor)), hosted in dunite.

Local structures include intense shearing.

Related tectonic structures include the Klamath Mountains Accreted Terrane - Western Jurassic Belt.
