A former Au-Ag-Cu occurrence/mine located in sec. 20, T4N, R17E, SBM, 4.0 km (2.5 miles) S of Sheep Camp Spring (coordinates of record). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in granite. Local rocks include Precambrian granitic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Mojave Desert).
