The Lovozero alkaline massif is the largest of the world’s layered peralkaline...Mineralogical Society
comprises a lopolith-like massif with a broad
feeding channel located in the southwestern...intrusion and also found as
xenoliths throughout the massif. These rocks are
mostly miaskitic, i.e. with a...typical accessory minerals
including ilmenite, magnetite, titanite, apatite
and mosandrite.
