About Trapiche garnetHide

This section is currently hidden. Click the show button to view.
Formula:
Ca3Al2(SiO4)3
Colour:
colorless
Specific Gravity:
3.59
Grossular end-member, with a generally high purity level of 98.68%.
Microscopic observation combined with Raman spectroscopy reveal that the dark inclusions indicate in trapiche garnets exhibit consistent amorphous carbon composition in both core and radial arm domains, distinct from the primary garnet matrix.
