NASA Astronaut Andrew R. Morgan
Andrew “Drew” R. Morgan was selected as a NASA astronaut in 2013 and most recently served as a flight engineer on the International Space Station for Expedition 60, 61, and 62.

Morgan is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, NY and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.
Prior to his selection as a NASA astronaut, Dr. Morgan served in elite special operations units worldwide.
Dr. Morgan is an emergency physician in the U.S. Army with sub-specialty certification in primary care sports medicine.

(21 August 2019) NASA astronaut Andrew Morgan is pictured working outside the International Space Station during a six-hour and 32-minute spacewalk to install the orbiting lab’s second commercial crew vehicle docking port, the International Docking Adapter-3 (IDA-3). The IDA-3 will accommodate the future arrivals of Boeing CST-100 Starliner and SpaceX Crew Dragon commercial crew spacecraft.
(21 February 2020) NASA astronaut and Expedition 62 Flight Engineer Andrew Morgan conducts research operations inside the Life Sciences Glovebox, a facility that enables a variety of space biology investigations aboard the International Space Station. Morgan was specifically investigating the differences in bone biology in microgravity versus on Earth for the OsteoOmics-02 experiment.
