Moving over to some of the HPC workloads is where the EPYC 9745 vs. 9755 gap can be larger due to the doubling of the L3 cache with the EPYC 9755 model.
Even with the EPYC 9745 having the lower clock speed and half the L3 cache, it still made for a compelling story in these HPC workloads for those having much interest in maximizing the performance-per-Watt of your servers. The 320 Watt cTDP played out quite well here too.
