While the Azure HBv3 series with Milan-X launched just in 2022 and may not feel too old, as you can see for those engaging in grueling HPC workloads there are massive gains available by upgrading to the newer HB-series VMs or AMD EPYC bare metal Genoa (or Turin) servers.
