A new win for Intel Xeon Granite Rapids is with Open Image Denoise 2.4... Massive win now for Granite Rapids. This comes thanks to the newly-released Open Image Denoise 2.4 now supporting AMX-BF16 as separately covered on Phoronix earlier this month. So now this denoising library is much faster than the AMD competition for Xeon CPUs with AMX-BF16 support, which so far is just Granite Rapids.
Meanwhile for other Intel rendering toolkit workloads, AMD EPYC 9755 typically secures the top spot.
