Across most of the "traditional" Linux server workloads there tended to be at most slight gains with CachyOS over Ubuntu Server. One exception was the Memcached 1:100 run where both CachyOS and Arch Linux shared a significant performance advantage over the current Ubuntu releases on this AMD EPYC server.
The rolling-release nature of CachyOS and Arch Linux will allow for upstream performance optimizations to more quickly reach server platforms.
