For getting an idea of the performance potential of the Framework 13 with Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, an assortment of different laptops at Phoronix were recently re-tested using Ubuntu 25.04 in its stock configuration. The laptops for this comparison included:

- Core i7 1185G7 "Tiger Lake" - Dell XPS 9310
- Core i7 1280P "Alder Lake" - MSI Prestige 14Evo
- Core Ultra 7 155H "Meteor Lake" - Acer Swift Go 14
- Core Ultra 7 256V "Lunar Lake" - ASUS Zenbook S14
- Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U "Zen 3" - ThinkPad T14s G2a
- Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U "Zen 3" - ThinkPad X13 G3
- Ryzen 7 7840U "Zen 4" - Acer Swift Edge 16
- Ryzen 7 7840U "Zen 4" - Framework 13
- Ryzen 7 7840HS "Zen 4" - Framework 16
- Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 "Zen 5" - ThinkPad T14s G6
- Ryzen AI 9 365 "Zen 5" - ASUS Zenbook S16
- Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 "Zen 5" - ASUS Zenbook S16
- Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 "Zen 5" - Framework 13

In addition to looking at the raw performance on Ubuntu 25.04 for these laptops across many different workloads, the CPU/SoC power consumption and CPU core thermals were also monitored on a per-test basis.
