GCC 16 Produces Faster Binaries Than GCC 15, Competitive Race With LLVM Clang 22

With the SVT-AV1 open-source AV1 video encoder, Clang did pick up a few wins while GCC 16 performing slightly better than GCC 15 did allow it to rack up some additional wins too.

Many of these video encoders rely on hand-tuned Assembly in some of their performance sensitive paths but even so there was some slight variations between the Clang and GCC compiler performance.
