With the rigorous multi-threaded workloads, the Core Ultra 7 155H performance was coming out similar or slower to launch day. The average power consumption of the Meteor Lake SoC was coming in similar to launch day, so there wasn't any power efficiency improvement to explain for the raw performance losses either.
