The SQLite performance saw no real difference on the newer CPU cores.

The context switching time across the varying generations of Intel laptop CPU cores tested for this article. The context switching time is pretty much the same from Meteor Lake through Panther Lake and even going back to Ice Lake and Tiger Lake with the exception of Alder Lake being lower.

The network socket performance throughput didn't see any real change with Panther Lake where as with Lunar Lake and prior there were still some performance changes observed in mitigations=off mode.

RocksDB's Update Random benchmark is still one area exhibiting some visible performance difference in the mitigations=off mode.

OpenRadioss is another area with a surprising difference observed from mitigations=off even on the newer cores.
