The H.266 VVenC video encoder was edging slightly higher with NEXT_BUDDY disabled.

Hackbench and CouchDB are some of the workloads performing better on Linux 6.19 and not impacted by disabling NEXT_BUDDY.

The Cockroach database did see performance uplift from disabling NEXT_BUDDY.

Memcached had been performing better on this system but then goes back to Linux 6.18 performance levels with NEXT_BUDDY disabled.
