Linux 7.1 Is Performing Well Overall In Early Benchmarks

A bit concerning was seeing the Nginx benchmark with the static HTTPS web content serving performance drop when using Linux 7.1.

Also a bit concerning was the Futex performance drop noted by Stress-NG on Linux 7.1.

Across HPC workloads I wasn't seeing any interesting changes to note with Linux 7.1 on AMD EPYC Turin.
