Intel Core Ultra X7 Panther Lake Performance On Linux 7.1

While the Intel Arc B-Series discrete graphics saw some nice improvements out of Linux 7.1, the Xe3 integrated graphics with Panther Lake were rather flat and in some cases slightly behind Linux 7.0.

Unfortunately, no nice graphics performance surprises found with Linux 7.1 on Panther Lake.

No graphics performance gains to note for at least this Core Ultra X7 358H laptop setup using Linux 7.1 over Linux 7.0.
