Like with the Radeon testing, we saw right away that KDE Plasma 6.6.3racking up some performance wins over GNOME 50 that solely supports Wayland for its session.
There was the occasional upset with GNOME 50 coming out ahead with the Linux-native build of 3DMark Wild Life Extreme.
Batman: Arkham Knight enjoyed faster performance under the Plasma Wayland session for this Steam Play game.
The Counter-Strike 2 performance meanwhile was quite similar on the NVIDIA R595 driver between these Wayland-based desktops.
