With Metro Last Light Redux, Mesa 18.2.3 introduced a performance drop but fortunately it's resolved with Mesa 18.3-dev to take it in line with the stock Ubuntu 18.04 performance. The AMDGPU-Open 18.40 components led to the lowest performance while using the PRO OpenGL driver led to this game crashing.
Rise of the Tomb Raider saw the fastest performance with the Vulkan PRO driver bundled in Radeon Software 18.40.
