Rusticl Performance For AMD Strix Halo Against ROCm OpenCL

The Hashcat 7.0 OpenCL benchmark was quite interesting between Rusticl and the ROCm driver. In some test cases the performance was very similar while Rusticl had a clear advantage in the MD5 and 7-Zip benchmarks. The ROCm OpenCL driver came out ahead in the SHA-512 and Kerberos benchmarks.
