There were also performance improvements to find outside of the AMD Radeon graphics albeit not by as wide of margins.
The performance from Ubuntu 19.10 to 21.10 was moving in the right direction with only few regressions.
These performance improvements come thanks to the newer GCC compiler as well as Linux kernel enhancements over the past two years.
