The AMD EPYC 9755 Zen 5 processors were easily beating out Intel Xeon 6 Granite Rapids for the Blender rendering performance at the same CPU thread count. Better power efficiency too on the AMD EPYC Turin server.
The AMD EPYC 9755 server continued leading as well with OSPRay Studio, which is an Intel open-source software effort built around their OSPRay engine.
Granite Rapids did have some narrow leads with Intel's Embree ray-tracing kernels.
