Former acting director of Holosiiv-Budinvest suspected of selling draft waiver for $17,500 β prosecutor's office
A former acting director of the communal enterprise (KP) Holosiiv-Budinvest (Kyiv) has been exposed for offering to "resolve" employment issues with subsequent military mobilization reservation for money, the Prosecutor Generalβs Office press service reports.
"According to the investigation, although the suspect no longer worked at the communal enterprise, he used connections with former colleagues and offered a man of military age assistance with employment and reservation for $17,500. He first received $2,000, and while attempting to receive the remaining $15,500, he was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine," the message on the Telegram channel says.
The suspectβs actions are classified under Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction provides for 3 to 8 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
