Ukrainian military confirms strike on Strela, Russian missile components manufacturer

Ukraine’s General Staff said the Armed Forces had struck JSC Strela in Russia’s Bryansk region, a manufacturer of missile components, as well as other enemy targets in the temporarily occupied parts of Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Luhansk regions.

"As part of efforts to reduce the military-economic potential of the Russian aggressor, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck JSC Strela, an enterprise producing components for cruise missiles. The target was hit," the General Staff said on Telegram on Wednesday.

The scale of the damage inflicted on the enemy is currently being clarified.

"In addition, our troops struck enemy UAV command posts near Zaliznychne and Dolynka in Zaporizhia region, as well as a command and observation post near Uspenivka in Dnipropetrovsk region. A concentration of enemy manpower near Sosnivka and a logistics depot near Yakymivka in Zaporizhia region were also hit. Among other targets, a concentration area of enemy weapons and military equipment near Novosvitlivka in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk region was struck as well," the staff said in the statement.

Russian losses are being clarified.
