Cows were a passive mob in Minecraft Earth.
As with the original Minecraft, cows were passive mobs and fled when attacked.
There was a 77.6% chance for one cow to be obtained when opening a cow tappable. Cows also appeared on subsequent buildplates: "Bovine Quiet Time", "Dark and Shroomy", and "Roadside Inn".
When killed, cows dropped:
Cows could be milked by using a bucket on it, yielding a milk bucket.
