Forum:Add TemplateWizard

The TemplateWizard extension should give the good old WikiEditor a GUI for adding templates like on the so-called “2017 wiki editor” and its sibling the VisualEditor. This would solve one of the biggest disparities between the editor UIs, as both TemplateWizard and VisualEditor’s/2017 editor’s template GUI are built with TemplateData in mind, thus they can simplify working with parameters, especially when there are a lot of them (looking at you, {{Version nav}}).

 Implemented this has been enabled on the dev wikis of all languages. It will be added to production as part of the 1.41 upgrade. This topic will remain open until the upgrade goes live. --GIM Dianliang233 T C 00:38, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
