A Blast namespace will be created when Minecraft Blast is not at risk of being cancelled. - Harri / Talk πŸ‘ Image

When Minecraft Blast officially releases worldwide, should we make a Blast: namespace instead of just adding (Blast) to all the article names (such as Blocks (Blast))? β˜†γ€ŠShadowMiloγ€‹β˜† (talk) 15:35, 27 November 2025 (UTC)

Oppose. We don't have many pages about Minecraft Blast yet compared to other spinoffs, and the game is still only available in specific countries and platforms. Therefore, little will have any information about Minecraft Blast so creating a namespace smaller than Story Mode: will be a waste. Those who supported must think twice. BigEarsQuake 2 πŸ‘ Image

He did say once it releases worldwide. There'll be probably be more content, maybe enough to justify the namespace. Heck, we still don't have the full scope of the game as it is right now. From what i've been able to grasp from gameplay on youtube, we can go up to level 170, and there's probably more beyond that. Assuming every single level gets its own page, that's easily 170+ new pages related to Blast that can be created. Would that be enough to justify a namespace? JMVO2 (talk) 16:18, 27 November 2025 (UTC)
We can't dedicate a page for each and every level! There's too little information. We have pages about boosters, blockers, etc. so this anecdotal information about each level is useless and a waste of so much time creating 170 pages that guarantee no benefit for players and even harm them. I hate to bring this up so often, but... look at the Earth: namespace with a page for EVERY BUILDPLATE (most of which are redlinks). Maybe a page for every 5 levels or something. β˜†γ€ŠShadowMiloγ€‹β˜† (talk) 16:39, 27 November 2025 (UTC)
They're buildplates, not game levels. Earth has a few levels compared to Blast... BigEarsQuake 2 πŸ‘ Image

The Candy Crush wiki, as well as the wikis for the other candy crush games, have pages for every single level, so why not for Blast? I can understand the information problem, so i would suggest checking those wikis out to see how they tackle this JMVO2 (talk) 16:47, 27 November 2025 (UTC)
This is the Candy Crush Wiki, not the Minecraft Wiki. We have different policies here, including notability. What should we include in a level page describing the tedious pattern of blocks? BigEarsQuake 2 πŸ‘ Image

Maybe a page like Blast:Levels 1 to 5 or something. β˜†γ€ŠShadowMiloγ€‹β˜† (talk) 18:19, 27 November 2025 (UTC)

I don't think a proposal is even necessary here to be honest. A fully released properly promoted mobile game should be treated the same as we treat existing spin-offs. It has little pages right now, but many more will be created once content expands and once we can all actually play the game. For example, our documentation of levels seems a bit non-existent right now, and while I'm not necessarily proposing a page-per-level, they definitely cannot all be in one page, so we will have many pages dedicated to levels anyway. - Harri / Talk πŸ‘ Image

I was just bringing it up so that it was at the front of people's minds when the release happens. β˜†γ€ŠShadowMiloγ€‹β˜† (talk) 16:50, 27 November 2025 (UTC)

Neutral, I’m open for a blast namespace because there is many content of blast in the wiki and adding (blast) in all the page titles can be redundant but we don’t have a big number of pages for blast. πŸ‘ Image
