We've actually had similar discussion in story mode namespace and renamed every biography of items locations to "History", except for characters since the term only connotes to personal story of people and Wikipedia also avoids having "biography" for objects and places 👁 Image

I would try and make a formal style guide first so it’s consistent across the board. We still need to make quotes sections official, most new pages are starting to have those now but there’s still a lot of outliers, namely on the Dungeons namespace. If I’m not mistaken, the style guide was written based on what was already consistent before (basing on the convo about the video section this March in the #wiki of discord). Proposals for a site-wide change take too much time to be approved, having something already be an unwritten standard would be better before doing a proposal.
