Hi Jocopa3, if you can, would you be able to provide the texture files for these blocks, so we can get a render started? β Sealbudsman talk/contr 17:30, 13 December 2016 (UTC)
- I'm going to be away from my main PC for two days, so I don't have the files on-hand. If you have Pocket Edition or Win10 Edition, the texture should be in the vanilla resource pack; otherwise, I copied the allow and deny block textures to the BlockCSS image. Jocopa3 (talk) 03:03, 14 December 2016 (UTC)
- Oh, so you had. Thanks! β Sealbudsman talk/contr 05:02, 14 December 2016 (UTC)
Should we move this page to Allow and Deny? No other blocks that don't have "block" in their name that are grouped together have "block" in their name (i.e. Wool not Wool Blocks and Glass not Glass Blocks)? -FezEmerald (Talk to me|See what I've been up to) 00:48, 1 May 2020 (UTC)

Support Moving them to a separate page increases formality and doesn't affect the information ShockingArtist (talk) 13:46, 4 May 2020 (UTC)

Strong Support These are two separate blocks with different functions and should be listed as such on the wiki. Trion (talk) 21:32, 1 November 2025 (UTC)
- Please don't reply to five year old topics that are unrelated to your comment. This page has already been moved and splitting is a different discussion linked in the msgbox. MinecraftBedrockPlayer7 (talk) (contribs) π Image

- Oh, sorry. I couldn't really find a topic for supporting to split the page. Since I don't know where else to put it, I strongly support splitting this page Trion (talk) 20:19, 2 November 2025 (UTC)
Did you notice that the versions they appeared was 0.16.0, and when they appeared again now it was 1.16.0. Both *.16.0

- Fair point. I'll look into trying to make that consistent. Probably merging the mcedu pages but maybe splitting this one. zippee100 (talk) 18:15, 29 May 2025 (UTC)
Don't we want Allow and Deny? They are blocks that have different functions! @Zippee100 31.0.95.242 12:43, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
I feel like this probably shouldn't be deleted, because it has almost 10 years of edit history? π Image

Extremely strong oppose to delete this page, because all these links will break the entire wiki, which will need to be fixed first. Furthermore, the page has been split with a notice up for only 5 hours, which is a way too short and there hasn't been any discussion. π Image
Strong oppose spliting this page at all because allow and deny are similar blocks always used or referred to together. There is no need to split this page. MinecraftBedrockPlayer7 (talk) (contribs) π Image

- But only 30 link connect to this page Dipanshu Sarkar (talk) 14:15, 13 October 2025 (UTC)
- Sure, that needs to be fixed when the page is split, but you need to wait splitting before the discussion is done. There is no consensus, and you didn't give people time to comment. MinecraftBedrockPlayer7 (talk) (contribs) π Image

- The number of links doesn't matter, I cannot find where this split was discussed at all. π Image

- Which one overrides the other? The attributes, or the deny block? 2600:1700:69BB:0:3813:EB61:EB12:9469 20:42, 25 November 2025 (UTC)

- They mean, do the components for can place and can break (originally for Adventure mode) override these blocks? --MinecraftExp123(talk|contribs) 23:13, 25 November 2025 (UTC)
- I would check myself, but 1.21.20 bricked bedrock for now... 2600:1700:69BB:0:D183:E8E6:7091:F25E 17:28, 26 November 2025 (UTC)
