In regards to 'title is janky', I copied the format from this page: Bedrock Edition entity components documentation. This page was originally created without the "Bedrock Edition" part and then updated to add it, so I presumed that this was the accepted format.
As for 'also this page could probably be expanded with further info on how to use arguments', I simply moved the contents from Commands and the content was generated by another user. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Onplanetnowhere (talk • contribs) at 8:51, 28 June 2019 (UTC). brigadier:float need to be removed by migration within the flattening in the further future version as will be likely to be acknowledged for migration of Minecraft (per Flattening in 1.13). Preceding comment signature made by an anonymous user: 184.22.108.137 06:59, 24 July 2019 (UTC)
There ist no difference, because the description ist exactly the same. Either should be removed. Or am I missing something? By the way, why is the namespace given here? --84.61.254.247 05:49, 21 September 2021 (UTC)
To my understanding, the syntax of item_id{foo:bar,...} was removed with the introduction of the item stack component system. The syntax with the {} was repurposed as a shorthand for the minecraft:custom_data component, but was removed entirely in a later snapshot.
So this section needs updating, right? Helmo2019 (talk) 08:22, 9 July 2024 (UTC)
This page's name should probably be "Argument type" in singular, like Chat type, Dimension type, World type and other pages that share a similar name. Patcho (talk) 22:25, 28 January 2025 (UTC)
Can we not have numbers that overflow to infinity if put exactly how they're written?
