My friends and I verified yesterday that bubble columns 8+ blocks high do in fact preserve ender pearls in Minecraft Java Edition version 1.16.5. It is Amatulic's opinion, however, that "[this] information is incorrect for all bubble columns"; so I'm wondering what the truth is. 75.76.13.165 21:36, 12 April 2021 (UTC)

The style guide states that dimension names used as adjectives should be treated as a proper noun. Shouldn't ender pearl be "Ender pearl" or not?
Ender pearls in Bedrock Edition have no drag in air and fluids. This can be verified through experiments or by referring to the vanilla behaviour pack.
Someone added a section saying that ender pearls can be shot by dispensers, which is just false, but it's still there on the current revision. I tried editing it out but I'm not allowed for being a new user, so I'd appreciate if anyone else can fix that. 177.194.33.184 06:02, 31 October 2025 (UTC)
Not sure if this applies to Java Edition, but throwing an Ender Pearl under 1-block gaps lets you swim (crawl) as if you were closing a Trapdoor there.
