Can you open the jar files with something like winrar or 7-zip and check the dates of the files inside? There are well-known fakes of these versions circulating which have far newer modification dates. - User-12316399 (talk) 20:33, 31 May 2019 (UTC)

I have the same file. I know the folders are edited in 2015, but, after a closer inspection, i saw that the files inside were edited way back in 2009. So, even tough the useless folders are edited in 2015, the important files are still intact!!!!!!!!!!!! Cucuzacu (talk) 08:37, 4 June 2024 (UTC)

This page says 14a was released on the 28th while users on TigSource talked about a new update on the 27th: "Holy crap new tiles!" Sorry, but the .jar is fake. Interal files in the .jar date to 2020-05-05 and 2020-08-17. Also, com.mojang.minecraft.c.class was modified on 2020-08-17. (I used 7-zip in the .jar file) SeaGlowingPro (talk) 15:02, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
