Split the reupload to 0.0.19a_07

- Nope, it's possibly means what pre-reupload of 19a_06 in-game labelled as a _05.

- Plus in IRC logs (after reupload release) he didn't tell to some user what newest version is now _07, despite labeled as a _06 in game
