- Due to copyright concerns, we cannot. 👁 Image

- This is a good candidate to be hosted by Omniarchive though, which we typically provide download links for older Minecraft games in version pages, e.g., Pocket Edition. Outrowed (talk) 01:17, 9 March 2026 (UTC)
- As long as links to downloads/sources are not added there is nothing copyright related to be concerned about, as we would be just adding information about the event for the public's knowledge. Endrdragon44 (talk) 02:35, 19 March 2026 (UTC)

I've found an article on minecraft.net that uses the phrase "Legacy console edition", is this enough to get rid of the conjecture template? But other times they have called it "Console edition" in older years. Mamelao (talk) 12:14, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
- Oh! That is a really good find. I think that might be enough to get rid of the conjecture tag? But I'm not entirely sure. TheCaptainYaya (talk) 12:25, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
- That article uses the term "legacy console editions", implying that, in Mojang's nomature, each of the editions developed by 4J studios is a legacy console edition, so officially they should be collectively referred to as (the) "legacy console editions," rather than "legacy console edition" in the singular, unless the only reason they pluralized it was because update aquatic only came to a few "legacy console editions" and not legacy console edition as a whole.
- We might be able to get rid of the conjecture name template, but we need consensus on whether to leave it in the singular or move to the plural, and changing to the plural would affect every instance of the term on the wiki.
- I favor keeping it singular, even if it means using the power of interpretation. Even if it is just a matter of pluralization, "legacy console edition" is the near-universal community term practically everyone will recognize, while "legacy console editions", used in casual online discussion, would be regarded as a typo. When it comes to language, letting the people rule has been the standard for millennia, why replace it with "first partner Pokémon" autocratcy? Catscratcher07 (talk) 12:53, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
