Please understand that deciseconds and centiseconds, although recognized by the SI, are esoteric. It's like instead of saying "an hour", you're saying "3.6 kiloseconds". - Still, it's much less understandable to others. The wiki is for others to read, not for editors to note down stuff. It's like saying "3,600,000 joules" instead of "one kilowatt-hour".
