You will also have the opportunity to build a traceability matrix, work breakdown structure (WBS), and network diagram and perform a hands-on lab that explores the reasons for the failure of a project.

You will create a simulated project management plan for relaunching an existing website, incorporating all the essential elements discussed throughout the course.
